Our Story began in July 2007 when we moved into our new home at 91 North Main Street. We lived in our prior home for 24 years raising our 3 children, Pam operating her daycare business and Scott a Sheriff with the Cortland County Sheriffs Dept. Finding themselves as empty nesters..it was a good time for a change. Pam and daughter Kelley decided to go to Massage Therapy School together in Syracuse ....and the rest is history. Scott continues to work part time with the Sheriffs Dept and is also the handyman, having done many renovations to this 1881 Victorian! We love living in a home with so much history and also love the opportunity of meeting wonderful people. We WELCOME you to MainStay Massage and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
