Spa Party Etiquette
Advance reservations, even several months ahead, are strongly recommended - especially for groups of 6. To make a reservation please Call /text MainStay at 607-283-6069 or call/ text 607-591-5955. Please mention your preferences and requests at that time.
A 72 hour notice is required for all individual cancellations. The Spa reserves the right to fully charge the clients for late arrivals or missed appointments.
Check-in time is 30 minutes before actual appointments to allow sufficient time to get changed and fill out necessary paper work. Only Spa Party participants are permitted during Spa Parties.
A non refundable deposit will be due 1 month prior to your event with the balance due upon completion of services. A 20% gratuity will be added to services provided.
Spa parties conclude 30 minutes after the last treatment.
